Rinova Málaga is proud to have taken part in Learning for All, an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to improving access to adult education for groups that remain underrepresented in lifelong learning, such as migrants, refugees, the low-skilled, and unemployed individuals.
Over the past two years, the partnership has developed and shared a series of outputs that are now fully available to the sector. These include:
- The Benchmarking Tool, enabling organisations to review their outreach and inclusion practices, identify gaps, and plan improvements.
- The Community Outreach Toolkit, offering step-by-step guidance and adaptable resources for engaging with communities and designing inclusive communication strategies.
- The Capacity Building Course, a modular, self-paced programme that supports staff at all levels to strengthen their competences in intercultural communication, inclusive pedagogy, and community engagement.
In June 2025, partners, stakeholders, and practitioners came together for a European-level online event. The event was designed to be immersive, providing space for networking and active participation, with opportunities for attendees to contribute their opinions and questions alongside presentations of the resources.
Looking ahead, we encourage adult education providers, community organisations, and practitioners to explore the full set of resources now available at learningforallproject.eu. By adopting and applying these tools, organisations can take concrete steps toward reaching a broader and more diverse audience of learners.
Rinova Málaga is proud to have contributed to this work and looks forward to seeing how these resources will continue to support positive change in the adult education sector.
