Rinova Málaga is pleased to be part of Learning for All, an Erasmus+ initiative focused on making adult education more accessible to groups who are often underrepresented in lifelong learning. The work will pay specific attention to migrants, refugees, the low-skilled, and unemployed individuals.
Our role builds on Rinova’s experience in digital content development, inclusive methodologies, and support for community learning. Together with partners across Europe, we are contributing to a set of resources designed for both educators and non-teaching staff.
Three outputs are set to be available throughout the course of 2025:
- The Benchmarking Tool will provide adult education organisations with a practical way to assess their current outreach and inclusion practices. It is designed to help identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement, offering a structured approach to building more inclusive provision.
- The Community Outreach Toolkit offers guidance on demographic mapping, intercultural and inclusive communication, planning and running outreach activities, and highlights examples of successful practice. It is designed as both an interactive online tool and a downloadable guide.
- The Capacity Building Course is delivered in six self-paced modules. Covering intercultural communication, digital and pedagogical inclusion, community engagement, and outreach strategies, it is intended for educators, managers, support staff, and others involved in adult education.
As these resources are rolled out, organisations will be able to use the benchmarking tool to review and improve their practices, apply the outreach toolkit in community contexts, and strengthen staff competences through the course. Taken together, these outputs will provide a coherent set of supports to help adult education reach a wider and more inclusive audience across Europe.
