Monica graduated in Social Work at Deusto University in Spain. She has over 20 years of experience of project management, financial administration and contract compliance, including internal audit and quality assurance activities in a wide range of fields through ESF, ERDF and transnational projects concerned with enterprise, skills and learning. Previously she organised the Grundtvig ARES project, concerned with artistic and social media learning for young LGBT adults and has participated in EU projects concerned with social inclusion and entrepreneurship.
